Tim Sale began his carreer in the 80s. He was then first noticed for his work on the series Grendel (Matt Wagner) in the 90s. After that, he worked with Jeph Loeb on Challengers of the Unknown, and on mini-series about Batman, Spider-Mar, Daredevil, Catwoman and Captain America. He also directed Superman: Kryptonite, collaboratively with Darwyn Cooke. In cinema, Tim Sale is most known for his work in the successful series Heroes.
