Born in 1968, in Neuille-sur-Seine, Marie Deschamps studied at the Gobelins School. She worked as a animation movie director and 2D/3D animator in Angoulême on projects such as: English Fever, Kirikou : l’eau et le feu, Les Triplettes de Belleville and U. She is inspired by Charlie Chaplin and Yuri Norstein, as well as Bruegel the elder and Cyril Pedrosa. (source)
