Roger Seiter was born in Strasbourg in 1955. Roger Seiter was born in Strasbourg in 1955. Trained as a historian, he has been working as a scriptwriter since 1989, on albums and series such as Après un si long hiver (drawing by Roussel, published by La Nuée Bleue), La Guerre des Rustauds (drawing by Camona, published by La Nuée Bleue), Simplissisimus (drawing by Frédéric Pillot, published by Glénat) and Coeur de sang (drawing by Vincent Bailly, published by Delcourt). For Casterman, he is already the author of the Fog series (eight albums published, drawings by Cyril Bonin), Dies Irae and Dark (co-written by Isabelle Mercier, drawing by Max), H.M.S. (drawing by Johannès Roussel, three volumes) and, with Vincent Wagner, the Mysteries diptych and the Wild River series (1 volume published). He lives in Strasbourg.
