A word about the artist:

Bastien Lecouffe Deharme was born on the shores of Brittany, France, in the early eighties. His artwork has taken up residence at the crossroads of modern and ancient myths, legends, forgotten tales and tragedy.
Bastien’s artwork is seen and recognized in publications and exhibitions worldwide, including on the cover of the emblematic Spectrum Fantastic Artbook.

About his book:

BL8D is a visually arresting and compelling collection of artwork, containing selected art spanning a 20 year timeframe. Bastien reveals his favourite pieces, personal approaches and shares  anecdotes regarding the creation of his artwork, grim, cynical, amusing, and all engaging and personal. Drawing, painting, and photography, are the mediums he likes to mix into his digital creations. From cursed medieval symbols to Noir SciFi, these themes nestle wakefully between the lines. We love this book!

BL8D is a glorious 432-pages hardcover book (A4 size). The emblem on the cover and the book's spine is debossed in gold. The texts are bilingual, in English and French.
