We offer our customers several different carriers. It is difficult to recommend one over another, as the most interesting option for you will vary depending on the country you are in. Please visit the “Shipping” page for more information.
Delivery times depend on the carrier you have selected and the country you are located in.
Please also note that factors beyond our control may delay your delivery (examples: school holidays, Santa Claus, a pandemic, a war, an incompetent head of state causing chaos, etc.). For more information, please visit the “Shipping” page.
Shipping costs depend on the carrier chosen and the country of delivery. We do our best to offer you the lowest possible prices, but as we are not a billion-dollar multinational, we are obliged to ask you for a financial contribution. We refer you once again to the “Shipping” page.
Of course we do! Even if we don't understand people who live outside the land of cheese and wine, we are willing to do anything for our beloved customers. From Austria to Zimbabwe, we will always find a way to send you books. For more information, please visit the “Shipping” page.
Sure! Just enter the address you want for shipping and fill in another one for billing. But don't mix them up... Shipping is for the person receiving the book, and billing is for the person paying for it. Don't forget to let the other person know that the package is on its way!
Since we are cool, we will tell you what to do if your delivery fails. First, contact your mail carrier and check with your nearest post office. Once you have done that, send us an email at contact@liberdistri.com explaining what happened. Please provide us with the original delivery address and your order reference number. Our awesome team should be able to help you!
This mysterious status simply means that we are preparing your order. As soon as it is shipped, the status will change and you will automatically receive an email notification.
You can complain (but kindly, because we are doing our best) by email at contact@liberdistri.com or by phone at +33 9 52 06 36 04. Please have your order reference number ready so that we can answer your questions efficiently. You can contact us in French, English, German, Italian, and Latin (and even Alsatian if you're lucky). We will do everything we can to resolve your issue.
If we have managed to help you and you would like to send us cookies, our address is 4 route de Hatten, 67470 Buhl, France.
If your package arrives damaged – despite all the precautions we have taken –, please write to us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact the carrier and find a solution.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer, bank check (Simoleons and Monopoly money are not yet accepted).
Booksellers can also pay by invoice.
Online payment is secure with 3D Secure.
If your payment has failed, please email us at contact@liberdistri.com or call us at +33 9 52 06 36 04. We also recommend that you contact your bank to ensure that the payment has not been processed.
That is not sure! We invite you to write to us at contact@liberdistri.com for more information. You can also enter your email address in the contact field to be notified when the product is available again.
When a book is available in both versions, expect the Deluxe edition to be more luxuriously produced (cover with hot stamping and/or specialty paper, colored or gold edges, faux leather binding, etc.)/ It may even include additional content (more pages, exclusive drawings or sketches, interviews with the artist, etc.).
Deluxe editions are often only available for a limited time, so don't hesitate too long if you are interested!
Yes, this is possible for certain books. On the item page, simply go to the drop-down menu to select the version you want (with or without signature). The option is not available for all the books we offer, but we regularly add new signed books, so keep an eye out!
Please note that if a book is signed, it simply means that it has the artist's signature on it. If you would like a book with a personal message or sketch by the artist, we recommend visiting a festival, where artists often hold signing sessions.
When a book is available for preorder, it means that it is in production (being designed, printed, delivered to our warehouse, etc.). Therefore, even if you order it now, the item will not be available for delivery before the date indicated. By offering books for preorder, we can gauge interest in them and ensure that we have enough copies to offer our customers.
Please note: if you place an order that includes both preordered books and books that are already available, you will not receive your package immediately. The order will be shipped when all of the books are available.
If you would like to stay up to date with our new products, you can visit our “New Products” page, subscribe to our newsletter, or follow us on social media:
If you have any questions, you can contact our team by email at contact@liberdistri.com or by phone at +33 9 52 06 36 04. You can also fill out our contact form. We speak French, English, German, Italian, a little Spanish, and even Latin, if you insist!
Help us offer you even more interesting works by suggesting incredible artists or art books that are missing from our collection! To do so, send us an email at contact@liberdistri.com.
LiberDistri is a book sales website created by Caurette editions. This online bookstore specializes in illustration. It offers art books, sketchbooks, comic books, deluxe editions, art prints, and postcards. The products are intended for both booksellers and individuals. You can find out more on the “About us” page.
Of course it is! On LiberDistri, you will find not only books from Caurette editions (of which we are a part), but also a large number of books from America and Asia, imported exclusively to Europe. We also distribute works from many European and international publishers related to illustration, fine arts, and children's literature. To learn more about us, visit the “About us” page.
Caurette editions are a publishing house founded in 2016 by Jean-Christophe Caurette. Joined by Marine, then by 12 new colleagues over the years, Caurette editions mainly publish art books, comic books, and children's books. To find out more about our extraordinary publishing house, visit our website!
To make it simple, LiberDistri is an online store that sells all Caurette books, as well as lots of titles from other publishers, just like any other online bookstore. Caurette is a publishing house, so it plays an editorial role!
Obviously! We have worked with some 20 publishers since our creation. We are committed to offering a wide variety of books, featuring different types of art, from pencil sketches to gouache, watercolors, and photography. We believe that beauty can be found everywhere, and we do our best to offer you treasures of illustration for young and old alike. Moreover, we sell many titles that we are the only ones to offer in Europe, such as the works of Kim Jung Gi and Mœbius.
We regularly participate in festivals in Europe, such as Playgrounds, THU, Les Imaginales, and IAMag, where we have booths. We also participate in professional events, such as LightBox, THU, and FIBD Angoulême. Come say hello (you will spot us easily, we are always dressed in yellow)!
Please note that we do not have a physical bookstore.
If you love cats and chestnut cream, then yes! We are always interested in motivated people. You can write to us at contact@caurette.com for a job, or at stagiaires@caurette.com for an internship application.
Please note that we only recruit interns for six-month periods.
Yes, we are always happy to discover new talent! If your book has already been published or printed and you think it would be perfect for our website LiberDistri.com, send us an email at contact@liberdistri.com. We will get back to you quickly.
If you are looking for a publisher (in the fields of art, illustration, and children's literature) and think your work might fit our editorial line, send us an email at editions@caurette.com.
