Hey there! I’m an argentinian illustrator currently based in the UK. I began my career in the animation industry back in 2015 both as character designer and visual development artist for 2D and 3D animated shorts, tv series and feature films. Four years later, I had the chance to pursue my true passion: drawing comics.
I co-created Primer, an original graphic novel for DC Comics and worked on DC’s Flash Facts, IDW’s Marvel Action and Simon & Schuster's Etta Invincible, among others. I’ve also worked as a cover artist for clients such as BOOM! Studios and Titan comics and I illustrated promotional campaigns for Warner Bros, Netflix and Paramount Pictures. My upcoming art book Wayfinder: The Art of Gretel Lusky is set to release March 2024 from 3dtotal Publishing.
Between freelancing, I love to work on my personal art and projects, filling sketchbooks and creating whimsical illustrations very often inspired by nature, maritime imagery and fantasy characters. Besides drawing, I’m very passionate about dogs, stationery and traveling!
Wayfinder: The Art of Gretel Lusky is the debut artbook from the popular mixed-media illustrator, showcasing her love of all things fantasy, including mermaids, fairies, witches, and other mythical fan-favourites.
