He is co-chair of the Long Now Foundation which has been building a 500-foot tall clock that will tick for 10,000 years inside a mountain in Texas. In addition to his day job he has traveled in 35 Asian countries photographing their disappearing cultures. Kelly resides in Pacifica, CA.
