About The Art of Kelogsloops

The Art of Kelogsloops: From Sketch to Finish is the debut art book from the popular mixed-media artist Hieu Ngyuen, better known as "Kelogsloops". Inside, Hieu takes readers through his journey as an artist, from being taught a simple way to draw manga art at age five – by his older brother's then-girlfriend – to reaching over three million followers across his social-media platforms and achieving commercial success. The artist produces delicate yet vibrant paintings that create an emotional connection with the viewer. His work is driven by the everyday feelings that come with being human, such as love, grief, and nostalgia – emotions that can often only be communicated through art.

Readers will find joy in discovering how Hieu is inspired to create his work, and the process behind each piece. He also describes how he entered the gallery world, and how he came to work with clients such as Disney, Crunchyroll, and Magic: The Gathering. This is a must-have book for any fan of Kelogsloops, or any art fan in general. The production value is incredibly high, making The Art of Kelogsloops: From Sketch to Finish a book to keep on your coffee table or bookshelf for years to come.
