About Ashley Wood

Ashley Wood is an Australian illustrator, painter and comic book artist. He is known for his graphic style, which blends traditional and digital techniques. His work focuses on contemporary art, comics and concept design.

He has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, including Marvel, DC Comics, Image Comics, as well as video game studios such as Konami – he produced iconic designs on the Metal Gear Solid franchise. He has also worked in the fields of film, television and fashion, and has developed a catalog of figurines via his own company, ThreeA. His most recent toy company is Underverse (UV).
