The "Gagnantspiades" the Best Pastry Chef contest at LiberDistri

You may have already noticed that at Caurette-LiberDistri, while we love books, we also love to eat! That is why we occasionally organize baking contests centered around specific themes.

Over the past two years, eight competitions have taken place, featuring the following themes: brownies, cookies, muffins, madeleines, redberries, Christmas, childhood snacks, and fall. Each time, there was a single winner.

This time, all the winners of our previous dessert competitions faced off, and we crowned the ultimate winner — since “winner” is “gagnant” in French and “contest” can be translated as “olympiades”, hence the name “Gagnantspiades”!

Noah won the Best Pastry Chef competition with his raspberry cake (which had already won the "Fruitsrougespiades", a contest centered on red berries). Congratulations! 🏅⁠
