October Bookstore Releases (Part 2)
Not long ago, we talked about two new Caurette books that are perfect for getting into the warm, cozy spirit of winter:
- Les Chats des douze jours de Noël ("The Twelve Days of Christmas Cats") 🐱
In this fantastical book, Don Daily draws on all his talent to bring to life an amazing gallery of felines. Lazy cats, majestic lions, elegant leopards, and mischievous panthers appear one after another throughout the pages, in illustrations brimming with detail and life.
- Les Chiens des douze jours de Noël ("The Twelve Days of Christmas Dogs") 🐶
In this enchanting picture book, Chris Dunn showcases all the charm and delicacy of his artwork to create a series of irresistible images of dogs. Labradors, Dalmatians, corgis, dachshunds, poodles, and huskies come to life in tender and funny scenes that will delight readers of all ages.
Well, here is some good news: these titles hit French bookstores on October 21, 2026. So if you are in France, you can now find them nearby! ✨
And that is not all! We are excited to announce that another book is hitting French bookstores TODAY:
- Une forêt d'idées ("A Forest of Ideas")🌲
Enhanced by artist Moon’s illustrations, this book explores the birth of ideas in a gentle and playful way: Where do they come from? Where can we find them? How can we bring them to life? Through the main character’s reflections, the reader is led to view ideas as hidden treasures to be discovered, gathered, and nurtured before sharing them with the world.
These children’s books are both heartwarming and comforting—perfect for sharing with the whole family. They will delight readers of all ages, especially thanks to the vibrant illustrations by Don Daily, Chris Dunn, and Moon.
