At the dawn of the 21st century, Mœbius takes the decision to stop smoking weed ("se désherber" in French, which sounds like "désert B"). He sits down, similarly to Jesus long before him, in his beloved deserted and endless place and lets alluring images come to him. The visions experienced by the Archamane, overlapping with one another, are forged by Toto le totem, who acts as a narrative thread in this initiative journey.

This edition features a colored booklet and texts from Mœbius himself.

About Jean Giraud "Mœbius"

Jean Giraud, alias Mœbius or Gir, is a legendary comic book author and illustrator. After studying applied arts in Paris, he became the assistant to Joseph Gillain, known as Jijé. Under the pseudonym Mœbius, he went on to create various projects focused on humor, fantasy, and science fiction. His drawings caught the attention of major film directors, with whom he collaborated on several films: Ridley Scott's Alien (costumes), René Laloux's Les Maîtres du temps (storyboard), Steven Lisberger's Tron (costumes), James Cameron's Abyss (underwater creatures) and Luc Besson's The Fifth Element.
