About the author

Steve Richardson is a five-time award-winning author from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is also the author of Lavender Blue and The Faeries of Galtee Wood, illustrated by Larry MacDougall; Billy’s Mountain, illustrated by Herb Leonhard; Alexander Trout’s Amazing Adventure, illustrated by Marie Beschorner; Canlandia, illustrated by Fiona Sansom; and The Night Before Christmas, also illustrated by Chris Dunn.

Christopher Dunn is an illustrator living in Wiltshire, UK. He also collaborated with Steve Richardson for the wonderfully and gloriously illustrated The Night Before Christmas. He has also illustrated a beautiful version of The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame and several other children’s books.
