It’s been almost ten years since we launched LiberDistri.com. At first, it was just a tiny little shop meant to showcase the work of a few artists. The website has since grown into a vast platform where we invite you to discover authors who inspire us and whose work we admire. Throughout this wonderful journey, we’ve been fortunate to have you by our side, supporting our projects, buying our products directly from us, and enabling us to work with new artists and fund their books.
So we wanted to find a way to thank you for your long-standing support. Since we’re subject to the Lang Law (or the Fixed Book Price Law), we’re not allowed to offer discounts on the sale of new books. So, we’ve found another way to say thank you: by giving you gifts!
Your loyalty account is set up automatically. You can choose your rewards from a wide selection of products: postcards, bookmarks, posters, unsigned prints, signed prints...
Simply use the points you’ve earned to redeem your gifts, and they’ll be included with your next order.
F.A.Q. Loyalty Program
It's very simple! All customer accounts (new or existing) have access to their loyalty program. When you make a purchase, you earn points (1€ = 1 point)—that's all you have to do. Certain actions can earn you extra points, such as signing up for our newsletter, leaving a review, or referring a friend. Once you’ve accumulated points, you can redeem your rewards from a list of carefully selected products: postcards, bookmarks, posters, signed or unsigned prints… Just go to the loyalty section of your account and use your points to choose your rewards.
The LiberDistri Art Club is completely free. Every customer has access to it as soon as they create an account. You earn booksies whenever you purchase products, subscribe to our newsletter, leave a review, or refer friends and family.
Place an order: 1 € spent = 1 booksie earned
Sign up: Sign up for our newsletter = 40 booksies earned
Leave a review: 1 avis = 70 booksies earned
Refer a friend: 1 referred friend = 150 booksies earned
Your loyalty points are valid for 2 years. They expire automatically at the end of this period. Don't worry—we'll notify you by email when they're about to expire.
You can choose from about ten different types of rewards: bookmarks, postcards, posters, prints, and even prints signed by artists. A minimum purchase of €3 is required to claim your gift. You can select multiple rewards at once, depending on the number of Booksies available.
To take advantage of this, log in to your LiberDistri account.
Click on:
- “My Rewards”
- Then, “View the list of available gift items”
- Choose your reward based on the points available
- Finally, click “Redeem my rewards—XX Booksies will be deducted”
The reward will be immediately added to your cart, and the corresponding number of Booksies will be deducted.
This happens if you are located in the United States and selected the "USPS Media - Shipped from the US to US" shipping method when placing your order. In this case, we unfortunately will not be able to send you your rewards. This is because your rewards are stored in our warehouse in Buhl, France, while your purchases will be shipped directly from the United States.
F.A.Q. Refer a Friend Program
The LiberDistri Art Club referral program allows LiberDistri customers to recommend our online bookstore to their friends and family and to get a reward when those people place an order.
You are the referrer:
You can refer as many friends as you like. Go to your account, then to "Referral Program."
Referring friends is quick and easy. You can invite your friends in several ways:
- Send a referral link to your friends (available in your account)
- Fill out the form so they receive an invitation email
Once your friend places their first order, they’ll receive an exclusive set of goodies (which will be included in their package).
The referrer receives a bonus of 150 booksies once the reffered friend's order is confirmed.
You are the referred friend:
You’ll receive an invitation email. Open the email and click on the refferal link to create your account and place your order. When you place your first order, a gift will automatically be added to your cart. (Minimum purchase of €40; offeer valid for 1 month once you receive the email)
Spam checks are performed before referral codes are sent.
At LiberDistri, no one gets left out! We offer a reward to both the referrer and the person they refer. Everyone deserves a piece of the pie, right?
Referrer reward: 150 booksies once the reffered friend places their first order.
Referral reward: 1 exclusive goodie set with your first order. (Valid for 1 month—with a minimum purchase of 40€ excluding shipping)
