**Did you say XL Black?**

Caurette is very happy to announce a partnership with Ashley Wood—yes, we are talking about a new art book!

It is a large format (30 x 42 cm / 11 x 16,5 inches), hard cover volume, introducing for the first time a hundred drawings in their original size. You will mostly find black and white pieces, and some in colour, all in the artist's inimitable style, combining grace, sensuality and humor.

You can learn more about the book on the publisher's website.

"I think the larger size provides the art with more presence and honesty. […] These drawings owe a heavy debt to Egon Schiele and Gustav Klimt, as well as Japanese Shunga prints. I hope my drawings extol my love of the female form, just as theirs did."

A great and exclusive bonus

If you already know Ashley Wood’s books and works, you also know they are collector pieces and are difficult to get your hands on! It will be the same for this one, as it is his first large format art book AND best of all, the first 1000 copies will get an exclusive print, created especially for the occasion and signed by Ashley Wood himself!

Take a look at his previous signed books on any browser and you will be convinced!

An ultra-limited "Blank Cover" version

The icing on the cake: if you're a collector, you can purchase one of the 50 original "Blank Cover" copies of the limited edition. These 50 copies of the book contain exactly the same content as the classic edition, but their cover is made of drawing paper, on which Ashley Wood will draw an original cover for each copy!
