Xaxaxa Illustrations - Reissue

About Xaxaxa – Illustrations 2010–2023

Known for his major contributions to the worlds of Dofus, Wakfu, Waven, and Young Souls, Xavier Houssin, alias Xa or Xaxaxa, has quickly established himself as one of the most talented French artists of his generation.

This art book brings together more than twelve years of creation, covering both his professional work and his personal research, and reveals the richness of his graphic universe. A central place is given to female figures, his favorite subject: pin-ups conceived not as simple isolated images, but as heroines of suggested worlds, nourished by medieval fantasy, science fiction, and Japanese culture.

With Xaxaxa – Illustrations 2010–2023, discover an iconic art book dedicated to the work of an artist whose style has become a benchmark in contemporary illustration. You will be amazed by almost 200 pages of color illustrations, created digitally and guaranteed AI-free!

New printing, new cover!

Originally, Xaxaxa – Illustrations 2010–2023 was a self-published book, made possible by a crowdfunding campaign.

Today, we are proud to present a brand new edition of this art book! The first version — a victim of its own success — has been out of stock for many months. Caurette is therefore all the more delighted to present this new project to you!

The book features a completely new cover. And so as not to prejudice the people who backed the first project on Kickstarter or the customers who purchased the first version of the book, the content remains the same as the book published in 2023 — 196 pages of colorful illustrations!
