After graduating from the School of Fine Arts in Angoulême, Julie M. published her first comic album alongside Jean-Louis Fonteneau (scenarist) in 2004 and gained recognition with this publication. She mainly works in two-color painting, a style she mastered in her comic Naturellement (BelloLoco), a particularly funny and endearing story. She actively takes part in Choco-Creed magazine, where she writes and illustrates her own short stories for children.
