Our motivation: to avoid book pulping
In the publishing world, “book pulping” refers to the destruction of unsold, damaged, or outdated copies of a book. At LiberDistri, we want to combat this practice. So, from the very beginning of our business, we have decided never to resort to it.
For over 10 years, we have been storing hundreds of damaged books, and in August 2025, we held our very first damaged book sale with the goal of giving them a second life. This sale helped more than 200 books find new homes. 🏠
For this third book sale, we will be offering even more titles than before, including out-of-print and highly sought-after books.
